the hotel arranged a seamless airport pickup and check-in. the room was fabulous! the dining room offered excellent choices, and the staff were so friendly this a very good experience, i tell you! i requested an english-speaking guide with an air-conditioned van for a 4:30 am pickup to catch the sunrise at angkor wat and it was very nice. the hotel even packed breakfast for us, talk about thoughtful!

the gym facilities were adequate but one treadmill was broken. another treadmill didn't work 100pc! the bike couldn't be adjusted. it's a bit of a letdown when you're trying to keep up with your fitness routine.

the staff provided seamless support with airport transfers! they also helped arrange english-speaking guides for temple visits and prepared breakfast for early morning tours, so nice! the team's dedication ensured a very convenient and pleasant stay.
