Really good Stay, A Peaceful Oasis

The hotel arranged a pickup at the airport, and the check-in was personal. Our fabulous room featured an excellent dining area, and the people were very friendly. I requested the hotel to arrange for an English-speaking guide and an air-conditioned van for a sunrise visit (I wanted to catch the sunrise). They even provided breakfast to go!

The gym facilities were adequate, but one treadmill was broken. Another treadmill did not work one hundred percent, and the bike could not be adjusted. I think this area could use some maintenance (it would be great).

The hotel features well-kept gardens and inviting pool areas. It was notable that there was lots of space everywhere, and everything was very clean. The hotel includes a lovely spa, a gym, and also tennis courts (I used them).

The location allows convenient access to main attractions. It is a short tuk-tuk ride to the city center, perfect for exploring. The hotel is situated on the side of the city that gives easy access to the World Heritage Site.

The staff was always very helpful, courteous, and smiling . The front desk welcomed us with grace and attention to detail. All the staff members deserve recognition (they do).

the room was facing the pool side and garden. the room was a large one and well kept with all required facilities. the complimentary breakfast provided good options to the guests!!!

the room air conditioning was not working and it was unpleasant sleeping in the humid environment. the staff tried to rectify the problem but nothing worked. i asked about a possible room change but was told the aircond in the other rooms was the same.
